- Prepare individual strengths insights (Top 5 or Full 34)
- Design and deliver strengths-based workshops and programs
- Create team strengths grids, partnerships, and patterns for your specific team
- Support strengths-based conversations, collaboration, and role clarity
- Provide follow-up resources related to your workshop or program
- Improve facilitation quality, content, and learning design
Your CliftonStrengths results are used only within the context of the workshop, team, or program you are participating in, and only for strengths-related development purposes.
4. Confidentiality & Sharing of Information
Your information is handled with care and respect.
- Individual CliftonStrengths results may be referenced during workshops to support learning and reflection.
- Team-level insights (e.g. strengths grids, dominant or supportive themes) may be shared within your team to support collaboration and performance.
- Individual results are not shared outside your team or organisation without your explicit consent.
- Strengths data is never used for performance management, evaluation, or selection decisions.
- Feedback and reflections may be anonymised and used to improve Satori Connect services.
CliftonStrengths is used as a development and learning tool, not as a label or judgement.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. Access to participant data is limited to Satori Connect facilitators and systems required for program delivery.
